✨Yoga Shantiha offers holistic well-being for both the body and the mind. ✨

 Gentle yoga and meditation have opened up a completely new world for me to explore the connection between the body and the mind. I want to understand why the body reacts in a certain way and what the root causes are for these reactions.

Often, the body has experienced trauma or is suffering from long-term stress, which leads the body to function poorly. We may also store various emotions in our bodies.  

I guide mindful practice to help us better understand our bodies and minds. I don't want to categorize my teaching style (hatha, vinyasa, iyengar, etc.), but I believe in teaching yoga with an understanding of our body's biomechanics and functionality.  

My mindset has always been that each of us is unique, and everyone should find their own way of doing things. Our mindset should not prevent us from taking steps towards our well-being just because we think that, for example, yoga and meditation are not suitable for our bodies or are too difficult.  

✨ No need to worry. Yoga is suitable for everyone! ✨
